SEBI clears IPO plans for Atomberg Technologies, Punjab Carbonic, Ratnadeep Retail and GNI Infrastructure, the market regulator’s latest weekly update shows. The update also lists the planned share sale of WOG Technologies as withdrawn or sent back.

Atomberg Technologies

Mumbai-based Atomberg is best known for its power-saving ceiling fans. Its planned IPO combines new shares worth up to Rs 450 crore with an offer for sale (OFS), in which existing investors will sell 7.65 crore shares. The company submitted its draft papers in August and intends to spend the money raised on marketing, research and development, and paying down debt.

Ratnadeep Retail

Ratnadeep Retail, a supermarket chain based in Secunderabad, filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) on July 1, 2026. It plans to raise Rs 400 crore through new shares, while shareholders can sell up to 1.49 crore shares in the OFS. Most of the new money is meant for opening more stores. Promoters Sandeep Agarwal, Manish Bhartiya and Mitesh Bhartiya will sell part of their holdings.

Punjab Carbonic

Punjab Carbonic wants to issue 60 lakh new shares, and existing holders will offer another 35 lakh shares. The company will use the fresh capital to build two plants in Andhra Pradesh that capture carbon dioxide (CO2), buy tankers to move the gas, add 35 kilolitres a day of ethanol capacity at its Punjab distillery, repay debt and meet general corporate needs.

What SEBI clearance means for these IPOs
