Honasa Consumer Q2 results: key numbers (consolidated)

Measure (Rs crore)Q2 FY27Q2 FY26Change
Revenue from operations731.2538.1+35.9%
Total income752.9558.2+34.9%
Profit before tax100.852.7+91%
Profit after tax73.239.2+87%
EBITDA (company figure)93-nearly doubled

The company’s press release says EBITDA, a measure of operating profit, “nearly doubled” to Rs 93 crore; it does not give the year-ago figure.

Why Honasa’s profit rose

Its focus categories, which now make up the bulk of sales, grew faster than 40%, helped by general trade, modern trade and e-commerce. Mamaearth grew in the high teens, The Derma Co. grew profitably, and younger brands grew over 45%. General trade reach expanded to about 3.2 lakh outlets.

Expenses grew more slowly than sales: total expenses were Rs 652 crore against Rs 505 crore, up about 29%, so profit grew faster than revenue.

Quarter-on-quarter and one-time items

Compared with the June 2026 quarter, revenue was about 3% lower (Rs 756 crore) and PAT was about 19% lower (Rs 90.4 crore). The September quarter had no exceptional items in the consolidated statement.

What to watch next

Management said it wants to give each brand more independence as it builds a “House of Brands”. In our view, whether growth holds above 30% and whether profit margins keep widening are the points to watch. See our results news.
